pada tgl 09 desember 20017 pukul 07.45 berawal dar laporan yang kami terima dari REEf SEEN menemukan penye terapung berpasangan dalam kondisi terlilit jaring kemudian di tarik untuk di selamtkandi naikan ke dalam perahu, dari pantauan petugas REEf SEEn langsung menuju dari tempat penemuan penyu , dengan kondisi penyu yng terluka parah. dan memberikan pertolangan pertama menuju lokasi REEf SEEN untuk di tepatkan di kolam sementara, dan kemudian pukul 11: 30 Turtle Conservation And Education center mendapat laporan , dan melakukan penjemputan untuk menuju TCEC untuk mendapatkan pertolongan medis, dengan menikdat lanjutkan laporan ke BKSDA untuk mendapatkan ijin pengangkutan , pukul 20:30 penyu tiba di di tempat TCEC dan di selanjutnya di Bawa menuju ke Kedongonan Veteriniry untuk menadapat penangann yang lebih insetiv, sampai saat ini dari pantau kami setelah melalului proses amputasi kondisi penyu masih dalam keadaan lemah , dan masih menunggu perkembangan selanjutnya.
